- Take your Online Driver’s Ed course from igottadrive.com to learn the fundamentals of safe driving and good driving skills.
- Get your Hawaii instruction permit from the DLO, which requires passing the rules of the road test at the local DLO.
- Get your driver’s license from the Hawaii Drivers License Office (DLO), which requires passing the driver performance test at any Hawaii DLO office.
